Check the features for each level to find the best fit for your institution. The Open/Active account limit is for maximum only. If you have an average count of 100 but like the features for the Standard level, subscribe to the Standard level.
Yes. You can change levels. Contact IMCS and they will assist you in changing your database and list of available features.

If you maintain your own inventory the system will update quantity-on-hand as items are sold or as the inventory is replenished. If you use an outside vendor the quantity-on-hand update can be turned off. Sales reports are available showing what was sold, how many and profit margin whether quantity-on-hand is updated or not updated.
Yes. If a receipt is lost or never printed, the system will either generate a copy of the receipt or a new receipt for the transaction.
Yes. The Debt Tracking feature will do this for you. Medical charges would be assigned one of the debt tracking codes. As charges are made the system will track what is charged, collected and remains uncollected for each transaction. When deposits are made to the account the debt will be tracked as an arrears payment. At the end of a period reports can be printed for collections and arrears. Total collected would be the sum of the money collected on the two reports.
Security is a high priority for IMCS. We use an industry-leading hosting company to provide reliable and secure servers to run the software and database systems. Access to KeepAccount™ Online is via a browser-based computer device. Each institution is assigned its own unique database with complete isolation of data from other IMCS clients. An administrator of the system will assign the computers that have access to the program, the user id and password for each person accessing the system. Communication across the internet is via a secure encrypted process and sensitive inmate data is stored encrypted in the database.
You will have access to all the history of your data. Reports can be run on the date-to-date timeline you choose. All changes to your system have been logged by KeepAccount™ Online and are available as reports. If you need assistance in gathering your data, IMCS is available to assist you.
